Popular wedding dates often book 12-18 months in advance, and I only take a limited number of weddings per year to ensure each couple gets my full attention. Portrait sessions are typically booked 1–3 months ahead. Booking early means more than just saving your date, it gives us the space to plan every detail together so you feel confident and cared for from day one.
01–How far in advance should we book our session or wedding?
Absolutely. Whether your story takes place in Iowa, across the country, or abroad, I make the travel process simple and stress free. I handle my own travel arrangements, so you never have to worry about booking flights or accommodations. All costs and timelines are discussed upfront so there are no surprises.
02–Do you travel for weddings and sessions?
Every gallery is thoughtfully curated. You’ll receive all the best images that tell your story in full (no arbitrary cut-offs). Each image is individually retouched and delivered in high-resolution through a private online gallery within your contracted delivery timeframe. You’ll have unrestricted printing rights and the ability to share your images easily with loved ones.
03 - How many images will we receive and how are they delivered?
To officially reserve your date, I require a signed contract and retainer. Once booked, you’ll receive my Welcome Guide, which outlines exactly what to expect, plus planning resources for timelines, locations, and styling. I maintain open communication from start to finish, From checking in before your session or wedding to ensure every detail is in place, so there’s never any confusion or uncertainty.
